Yes! While names are our specialty, we can customize colors, font styles, and add special designs like florals, greenery, trucks, holiday themes, and more! Please contact us for special requests.
What sizes are available?
Our sweaters are available in sizes ranging from newborn to 5T. Hats are available for newborn to adult sizes! Please let us know the specific size needed when placing your order.

What is your return policy?
Since each item is custom-made, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days, and we will make it right.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Each piece is made to order. Standard processing and shipping times are 1-2 weeks, but we’ll let you know if there are any delays.
Do you offer rush orders?
Yes, we can accommodate rush orders for an additional fee. Please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability.
